Cub Scout Cake Bake
Last night we attended the Cub Scouts Blue & Gold Banquet. Part of the fun is that they do a Fellers Cake Bake where the scout and another male (father, grandfather, uncle, etc.) bake a cake together. The cakes are judged and then auctioned off to raise money for scouting. Thankfully Kyle had the idea to make a flag for his castle (or fort as it was called at the event due to the Wild West theme) because the flag on top won his cake the prize for tallest cake! He was so funny though because he got upset that his cake won. He didn't want it to be auctioned off. He wanted to bring it back home. So when the live auction started his grandma Roxie bid on his cake and made sure she won it for him. I then asked him if that meant Grandma gets to take the cake home now and he quickly shook his head no and shot me a mad look. I laughed and told him not to worry, it's coming home with us. Now I ask....what do I do with all this cake??????
